What exactly is a fractional CFO?
A fractional CFO is an experienced Chief Financial Officer who works with your business on a part-time or project basis. You get the same strategic insight and financial leadership as a full-time CFO, but at a fraction of the cost. Instead of a $200K+ salary commitment, you pay only for the hours you actually need.
Will I actually work with you, or will I be handed off to someone on your team?
You work with me. Period. I don’t have a team of junior associates. When you hire me, you get me. I answer your calls, I’m in your meetings, I review your books, I build your strategy. That’s why I keep my client roster intentionally small.
What size business do you work with?
I work with businesses from $850K to $100M in annual revenue across virtually all industries (except cannabis and adult entertainment). If you’re at a point where strategic financial guidance would help you grow, we should talk.
How much do your services cost?
I offer three monthly packages: Light Work (up to 10 hours) at $1,598/month, Medium Lifting (up to 50 hours) at $7,998/month, and Heavy Lifting (up to 80 hours) at $12,798/month. I also offer project-based work at $160/hour for one-time projects. All packages are available as 6-month or 1-year agreements.
Do you work with businesses outside of Las Vegas?
Absolutely. While I’m based in Las Vegas, I serve clients nationwide including Hawaii, New York, South Carolina, and Puerto Rico. I work across all time zones and I’m comfortable with virtual or in-person meetings.
Do you work with my existing CPA, or replace them?
I work with your CPA, not replace them. I don’t file taxes. What I do is make sure your books are clean and your financial strategy is solid so your CPA can do their job effectively. Most CPAs appreciate working with me because it makes their job easier.
What if I only need help with one specific project?
That’s what project-based work is for. Whether you need your books cleaned up, due diligence for an acquisition, or help with a specific financial challenge, I can work with you on an hourly basis with no long-term commitment required.
How do we get started?
Schedule a call and we’ll talk about your business. I’ll ask questions, you’ll ask questions, and we’ll figure out if working together makes sense. If it does, we can usually get started within a week or two. No pressure, just an honest conversation.
What if my books are a complete mess?
Book clean-up is one of the most common projects I take on. I’ll go through everything, clean it up, get you GAAP compliant, and set up systems to keep your books accurate going forward. We’ll figure out exactly what needs to happen during our initial conversation.
